If you ask why Hotel Sari Konak has many guests returning on a regular basis or what is the most memorable feature of our guests' stay, the answer would be definitely an ideal mix of the traditional Turkish hospitality and the charm of being a small boutique hotel. Our greatest asset and the key to our success is our staff .

This is Elif... An old hand at assisting our guests...By looking at these pictures, you can say that she is the pastry chef !
Actually, she is in charge of the front desk and has been working at Sari Konak for many years ...
You should get up early and rush for breakfast as her home made cakes are in great demand...

Sergün ... Always smiling and welcoming... He works at front desk...
He is also a passionate sailor...

Fast but not furious ! :) Coming all the way from the streets of L.A to Istanbul, Mustafa enjoys to chat with guests.
He is new to hotel business but has warmed up fast ...

Ilhan has just turned his twentyone and he is our youngest. He serves the breakfast and loves to practise his English...

Nurgül ( above ) and Naciye ( below ) are our housekeepers . They also help serving breakfast and cook for the staff everyday. They don' t speak English but they are body language experts!!!

Okan Brothers are in charge of the hotel management . Murat ( above ) is the younger brother and after working as a windsurf instructor in Club Med for many years, the wind brought him to Sari Konak...He is also a big basketball fan !

Umit (below) , an enthusiastic amateur photographer, knows Istanbul inside out. He would be more than happy to assist you about places to visit and to suggest you good restaurants...He speaks French and English.
